Both properties are purpose-built for stays where the room is the point.
The rest of Sedona’s jacuzzi hotel market sits between these two flagship properties and the budget motels on AZ-89A. Several mid-range inns on the outskirts of Uptown Sedona have in-room whirlpool suites at prices well below L’Auberge and Enchantment — typically $150 to $250 on weekdays versus $350 to $600+ for the flagship properties. The trade-off is view and seclusion: the better the red rock sightline from the room, the higher the price. For planning: Sedona has no shoulder season in the traditional sense. The town stays busy year-round. Spring (March through May) and fall (September through October) are the most popular months for hiking and outdoor activities, when temperatures sit in the 60s to 80s. Summer (June through August) runs hot at 95 to 100°F in Uptown but stays more manageable at Enchantment’s higher elevation. Winter brings cool temperatures and occasional snow on the buttes, which is one of Sedona’s more striking weather events.
